4. Do you have an EMI option?

5. When will the product get delivered?
Please be informed that once the order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to get dispatched and the dispatched order will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Once the order is assigned to the courier partner, the tracking number will be generated so that you can track the order from the courier website.
6. Can it be repaired if I receive any defective/damaged product?
If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you receive it, please kindly contact Itsy Bitsy Customer care ASAP. When you contact us, be sure to include pictures and evidence along with your claim. Once we obtain all the relevant information, we will assist you accordingly.
7. Where is the service center?
No, the machines cannot be repaired. There are no screws on them to open the machine.
8. What is the warranty period?
1-year replacement warranty is available.
9. Where can I purchase additional accessories from?
It is available on our website https://itsybitsy.in/ . It is also available at all our offline stores.
10. Will I get all the accessories along with the machine?
You will get the basic accessories (mentioned below) along with the machine.
Joy: 1 pen (0.4mm), 1 fine point blade and 1 mat
Maker 3: 1 fine point blade
Explore 3: 1 fine point blade

11. Can I avail cash on delivery on these orders?
COD option is not available on our website, but you can pay by cash and purchase from our offline stores.
12. From where can we purchase spare parts for the machine?
Only power cord and adapters are available, no other spare parts are available.
13. In the Cricut App, can we purchase by entering an Indian address?
Yes, you can enter Indian address and purchase subscription on desktop. On mobile, it's purchased using Google play store or Apple AppStore. Customers can buy on mobile and use on desktop and vice versa.
14. Is there any Demo or workshop or training classes about the machine usage?
Please contact our Itsy Bitsy customer care, they will assist you accordingly.
15.What is the durability of the blades?
Depends on usage. They can easily last 12 mon ths or more.
16. Are all the designs available in the app?
There are free designs available in the app. With Cricut access you can get access to thousands of paid projects, images and fonts.
17. Any terms and conditions for the warranty?
1 year replacement warranty. Customers have to call cricut india toll-free number 000800 0501 639 . They will help trouble shoot and if machine is defective they will authorize replacement. They will then contact you to replace the machine. Cricut member care will disable the old machine.
