Step 1: Apply a coat of white chalk paint to the base.
Step 2: Once dry, apply heavy gel medium to create texture and glue on the sea shells.
Step 3: Apply another layer of chalk paint to cover both the base and the shells.
Step 4: Paint a few shells with gold-tinted metallic paint.

And voila! Your Ocean Breeze wall art is ready.
