At Itsy Bitsy, we offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.499. For orders below Rs.499, the shipping charges are Rs.99.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Itsy Bitsy is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Itsy Bitsy. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Itsy Bitsy, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

Please be informed that once the order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to get dispatched and the dispatched order will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please be informed that the order will be dispatched within 24 hours and the dispatched order will get delivered in 1-2 business days for the Bangalore location.
We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.

If you have received a package with missing items, we kindly ask you to share an unboxing video with us. This video will help us thoroughly assess the situation and determine the cause of the issue.
Please note that all our orders go through three levels of Quality Checks before they are dispatched. We maintain photo and video evidence of the packed items as part of our quality control process. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will inform you prior to dispatching the order, and a refund or credit note will be issued accordingly. We strive to ensure that all other items are delivered to you without any discrepancies.
It is important to mention that if the package appears to be damaged upon delivery, we recommend not accepting it from the delivery person. Alternatively, if you do accept the package, we strongly advise making an unboxing video before opening it. This precautionary measure helps ensure that any missing items can be accurately documented.
