Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1:

Paint the entire panel with white chalk paint.
Mix blue chalk paint with the white chalk paint.
Spread the mixed blue and white paint in the middle of the panel.

Step 2:

Create cones using polybags.
Fill the cones with different colors of sculpture paste.

Step 3:

Squeeze the sculpture paint from the cones onto the panel.
Use a spoon to shape the paint into petals and leaves.

Step 4:

Use a ceramic cone to form the centers of the flowers.
