Material List:
- Shape It
- Talcum powder (to prevent sticking)
- Rolling pin
- Work surface (e.g., wax paper, silicone mat)
- Shape templates (for sock and cup shapes)
- Craft knife (for trimming)
- Jute thread (for hanging loops)
- Paintbrush (for painting)
- Chalk paint (for decorating the ornaments)

Prepare the Clay:
Take the desired amount of clay and cut equal portions of clay resin and hardener.
Mix them thoroughly. Before handling the mixture, dust your hands with talcum powder to prevent sticking. -
Flatten the Clay:
Once the resin and hardener are fully mixed, sprinkle talcum powder on your work surface and on the rolling pin.
Roll out the clay to an even thickness. -
Shape the Ornaments:
Using a cut-out, shape the clay into a sock shape and make a small hole at the top.
Do the same for the cup shape, cutting it out and adding a tiny hole. -
Drying:
Allow the clay ornaments to dry completely. -
Decorate:
Once dried, draw your desired designs on the sock and cup shapes.
Then, paint them with chalk paint to add a festive touch.
Add the Hanging Loop:
Take a piece of jute thread and thread it through the hole in each clay shape. Tie a knot to create a loop for hanging.
