neatly during assembly.
Necklace
Front Motif
Ch 21, then ch 1 to turn.
Work:
2 sc, 2 hdc, 4 dc, 2 tr, (2 tr, picot, tr) in the centre stitch, then mirror the pattern:
2 tr, 4 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc.
Back Ties
Continue making chains from both ends until the necklace comfortably reaches around the neck. Leave a
little extra length for adjustment during assembly.
Crochet Laddu
Using yellow yarn:
Make a slip knot and ch 3.
Work into the first chain:
Yarn over, insert the hook, draw up a loop to the height of ch 2. Repeat this process 4 more times.
Yarn over and pull through all loops on the hook. Ch 1.
Leave a 4–5 inch tail at both ends. Tie the tails together firmly and trim to create a small rounded laddu.

• Stuff the hands and legs lightly to keep them flexible.
• Stuff the head and body firmly to maintain their shape.
