Begin by applying Buttermilk chalk paint evenly onto the rock surface, ensuring full coverage. Let it dry completely.
Next, cut the decoupage paper into your preferred shape. Using decoupage glue, carefully adhere the paper onto the painted rock, smoothing out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
Seal the design by generously applying a layer of decoupage glue over the paper and surrounding area. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
Once the glue is completely dry, apply a protective coat of varnish to safeguard the artwork and enhance its durability. Ensure even coverage and let the varnish dry completely before handling.
