I had ordered the product after looking at the image and I recieved products which were nowhere near how it looked while ordering. I have been chasing customer care for a resolution since the last 3 weeks and am still awaiting a response. The project I planned to make using this product is now not possible due to the uneven sizes of planks that I recieved.

The finish is just amazing! Also, the gesso and the acrylic paint spreads really easy on the surface since it has a been buffed. I will most definitely buy another two.
